On Wednesday, April 30, 2003 the Purple Butterflies Actors Guild presented a Murder Mystery Play entitled "A Taste for Wine and Murder!" Frank Massaro was the Director. The Cast of Characters was:

This mystery was set in the wine region of Napa Valley, CA. Five years ago, the owner of a prestigious wine estate mysteriously disappeared during the annual wine festival. Now, five years later, it is once again the annual wine festival. A minor earthquake shook the mansion at midnight causing the wooden floor in the wine cellar to buckle. The owner's well preserved body was discovered under the cedar planks!

It was a clear case of murder and our job was to solve this crime! Was it Tiny Bubbles, Otto Von Schnapps, Marilyn Merlot, Ralph Rottingrape, Hedy Shablee, or Papa Vito? Bud Wizer the FBI agent, and Bonny Lass a mystery writer, as well as the dinner guests tried to discover the murder by listening to clues!
